SKY RESIDENCE BAGDAT ST. ISTANBUL

Sky Residence Project is a 23-storey building that consist of 46 residence apartments and social facilities has been built in Kadikoy Istanbul by Regnum Inc. All kinds of floor coverings (inner, outer,industrial and sports area) and some fine works like brick wallings, plaster works has been done as a contractor.

RAPSODI HOUSES ISTANBUL

Rapsodi Istanbul Project that consist of 4 and 5 storey building and social facilities has been built in Cekmeköy Istanbul by Akturk Construction Inc. All kinds of floor coverings (inner, outer,industrial and sports area) and some fine works like brick wallings, plaster works has been done as a subscontractor.

PARK MARIN HOUSES

The Park Marin Bodrum Project that has got fifteen triplex villas and fourteen dublex villas, and social facilities in Ortakent Bodrum has been built by Ensa Aluminium Company. The sructural masonry and all the fine works except facade works has been done as a contractor.

OSMAN TURAN HOUSE

The 3-basement and storey villa that belongs to Mr. Osman TURAN and his shareholders was built in Emirgan İstanbul. The building has a historical monument status and has been built as the original form with wooden structure. The project has got a four floor building (4 bedrooms and 2 saloons in 300 m2 usage area).

ILHAN TURAN HOUSE

The 4-storey villa that belongs to Mr. Osman TURAN and his shareholders was built in Emirgan İstanbul. The building has a historical monument status and has been built as the original form. The project has got a four floor building (5 bedrooms and 2 saloons in 500 m2 usage area), 1 swimming pool and a garden over 1.200 m2.

ENSA ALUMINIUM TRADE COMPANY HEADQUARTERS BUILDING

The 8-storey building that belongs to Ensa Aluminium Company and its shareholders is consist of 3 basements and 5 floors. It has been built in Bagcilar İstanbul in 2013 as a turnkey project (except facade cladding). The building is consist of 8 floor (1 carpark floor, 2 workshop floors, 2 sales & showroom floors and 2 office floors, totally 8 floors) and totally 5.500 m2 usage area. The building has been built as a reinforced concrete structure.

EMINE SABIT BUYUKBAYRAK PRİMARY & HIGH SCHOOL

Two 7-storey building has been built for The Ministrey of Education;one of them as a Primary School and the other is as a high school. Each of them have got 2 basement and 5 floors and totally building area is 15.000m 2. The reinforced construction and fine works has been completed as a subcontractor. At the same time, The main contractor has been also represented against to Ministery.

ELITKENT

Elitkent Project that consist of 15-17-storey 12 building and social facilities has been built in Bahcesehir Istanbul by Regnum Inc.. Industrial floor coverings, parking floors coverings, and steel construction works (sky-light ceilings and railings -for balconies, galleries, stairs and surrounding walls.-) has been done.

ZORLU CENTER ISTANBUL

Zorlu Center is the most well known multiple-use complex of Istanbul. Zorlu Center includes hotel, shopping center, office buildings, residence. All kinds of flooring and floor covering works, brick walling, plaster board works, plaster and painting, acoustic rooms design and construction, mechanical and technical rooms design and construction have been done as a subcontractor of Akturk Construction Company.

DOGA COLLEGE ATASEHIR ISTANBUL

Doga College Atasehir Istanbul has been built in 2015 as a turn-key project as a main contractor of Erguvan Technical Company. At the same time the management of all process has been carried out.

REFURBISHMENT IN RICHMOND

In a two bedroom semi-detached house in Richmond all refurbishment works are currently being done including mechanical and electrical works. The total duration of the all works had been planned to be 4 weeks and the start date is 05.10.2019.

Brixton Roof Design

In a semi-detached house, a roof on the extension part will be converted to a trafficable roof. The balustrading system will be made of glass or kee clamp and steel mesh, flooring will be done with wood.

Amano Hotel In Covent Garden

As part of the renovation works of Amano Hotel located in Covent Garden London, the installation of fixed and movable furniture in 2 bars, restaurant and reception was carried out by Berco LTD between January-February 2022 and October 2022 as two different work packages.

Nusret Steakhouse Knightsbridge

As part of the renovation of the restaurant, located on the ground floor of Knightsbridge The Park Tower Hotel, as Nusret Steakhouse, all fixed and movable furniture installation works were carried out by Berco Ltd in October November-December 2020.

Carisbrooke Courtlands in Richmond

Fully refurbishment and decoration works including new kitchen, built-in wardrobes and bathroom renovations of the 3-bedroom apartment located at 33 Carisbrooke House Flat 33 in Courtlands Richmond was carried out by Berco LTD in March-May 2022.

Curzon Road In Weybridge

The fully refurbishment works of ''kitchen, dining room and utility room'' in the semi-detached house located in Curzon Road Weybridge, London, (including the installation of kitchen cabinets, fitted cabinets, ve-lux skylights) were carried out by Berco LTD in May 2021.

This three-bedroom apartment in Gaisford Street, Kentish Town, London, (including the conversion of a bedroom into a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, re-varnishing of kitchen cabinets and re-varnishing of wood flooring) completely redecorated in September 2021 by Berco LTD.

Shirley Grove In Battersea

Located in Shirley Grove, Battersea London, this 3-bedroom terraced house was completely redecorated and renovated in February 2021 by Berco LTD with the addition of a new bathing area. In December of the same year, a garden office was built in the backyard and landscaping areas were arranged.

This one-bedroom apartment in Witley Court in Russel Street, London, completely redecorated and refurbished (including bespoke kitchen cabinets and new-designed bathorom) in July 2022 by Berco LTD.

This five-bedroom detached house in Castle Road in Weybridge fully designed and refurbished in May, June and July 2021 by Berco Ltd. As a part of this refurbishment project, two bathrooms ad toilet has been completely renewed, and by some partition works the house was converted into a six-bedroom detached house.

Hillside Close in St.John’s Woods

Located in St.John's Wood's Hillside Close, this detached house was purchased by its new owner in late 2020 and was scheduled to be completely demolished and rebuilt.
The construction process of the project, which started demolition and design works in 2021, has been going on for more than 2 years.
Berco LTD has undertaken all the design works, tender processes, contractor selection and management services of the whole construction process of the project, which is about to be completed these days.

This four-bedroom semi-detached house in Randolph Avenue, Maida Vale, London fully designed and refurbished in January 2023 by Berco Ltd. As a part of this refurbishment project, bathroom and toilet has been completely renewed, and by some partition works the house was converted into a five-bedroom detached house.
